The Mosaic of Christ is an art exhibit of new, original artwork featuring artists from around the world. The art will depict Christ, with an emphasis on cultural expression and historical accuracy. For far too long, there has been a mainstream acceptance of only white portrayals of Christ. It is past time for more inclusivity! The goal of this show is to broaden the vision of how Christ, the Savior of the world, can be depicted. It will also spotlight the religious artworks of people of color.
This is where we need YOU! Your support will fund shipping costs for artwork accepted into the gallery show, because we need artists from around the world to enter their works of diverse depictions of Christ. With your partnership, we will broaden the number of diverse and unique paintings of Christ. We often talk about the small and simple steps to make great things come to pass.
